My husband's PD is Nov 2005 (EB3/India...Hello,<br /><br />My husband's PD is Nov 2005 (EB3/India).<br />My PD is Oct 2007 (EB3/India). My I140 (EB2) was approved in Jan 2013.<br /><br />My PD is now current. Since I already had my I485 (derivative from my husband), my attorneys have sent in an interfiling request on Aug 2013 and also filed for G-28s to switch between my husband's and my I485s (I become the primary).<br /><br />Could you let us know if this is a good approach.
