March 2010 visa bulletin

The March 2010 visa bulletin was released yesterday.

In the Employment based Green Card category, EB3 has new date of 01 JUL 01 for India and 15 DEC 02 for China. EB2 for India is 01 FEB 05 and China is 08 JUL 05. EB1, EB4 and EB5 categories for all the countries are current.

From the last visa bulletin to this, For India, EB2 has moved 22 JAN05 to 01 FEB 05 and EB3 has moved from 22 JUN 01 to 01 JUL 01.

With the pending applications for I 485 out in december, without any change in law, I think the Eb2 India will move maximum to 31 JUL 05 by end of september 2010. This is with the assumption that there will be spill overs from EB1 India. Similarly, I think we will see a movement till 30 APR 2002 for EB3 India by end of this fiscal . EB3 India is showing very less movement since, there is no spill over.
