Looks like patience is the only friend for all the Employment Based Green Card applicants from India and China.
The November 2010 visa bulletin was released today.
In the Employment based Green Card category, EB3 has moved forward one week from 15 JAN 02 in Sept 2010 visa bulletin to 22 JAN 02 for India and new date of 22 NOV 03 for EB3 China. The date didnot move forward for the last 3 visa bulletins for EB2 India. It stays at 08 MAY 06 for EB2 India. The new date for EB2 China is 01 JUN 06. EB1, EB4 and EB5 categories for all the countries are current.

If i am filing a green card application now. I would be filing I140 now. What would be the estimated time before i get a green card.Just need som eestimation.
