May 2013 Visa Bulletin was released earlier today. Date for EB2 India is 01 SEP 04 and EB2 China is 15 MAY 08. The cut-off for EB2-ROW, EB2-Mexico and EB2-Philippines is Current.
As expected the EB2 India has not moved. The good news here is EB2 China dates are moving, which means till EB2 India reaches that date, it can consume all the spill over numbers that comes to EB2 category.
The demand data for this month has been released earlier and then another revised one. It is interesting to note that the cumulative demand prior to Jan 1, 2005 has raised to 425 from 375 from 300 and the cumulative demand prior to 1 Jan 2009 is 23,850 from 23,400 from 23,975. May be data errors/May be porting from EB2 to EB1. But, the porting is at constant pace as per this demand.
What will happen next ? Like mentioned in the earlier posts, USCIS/DOS has gone back to their earlier strategy -- where in they wait till last quarter of the FY to determine the number of visas to give for EB2 India and China, due to spill over. Given this, I expect lot of movement in July. Going by today's data, it might go to 1 Jan 2008. But it will depend on the spill over that EB2 India gets and the number of porting cases. I still expect the dates for EB2 to go to 1 Apr 2008 in Sept 2013 Visa Bulletin.
Cut-off dates for EB3 India is 22 DEC 02 and EB3 China is 01 DEC 07. As expected, EB3 India is moving at one week or two weeks per month pace. For EB3 India, it is going to move at this pace only till there is a legislative change. The reason being there is no spill over to EB3 India category. Hence only about 2800 green cards are given for this category every year.
Focus is currently on the 8 Senators trying to come up with Immigration Reform bill which is expected during next week.

Quick and Great analysis on the blogspot upon release of the Visa Bulletin on the State dept website.
ReplyDelete****Small correction china is 15 may '08 which is month and a half movement. Considering this shouldn't all spill over should go to India. (arnd ~25000)
ReplyDeleteThanks. I corrected it.
DeleteWe don't know the spill over number yet. But, whatever comes to EB2 category, will go to India first.
My case is EB3 India 2004 Aug. According to your analysis, does it mean that when the demand is more in a particular category, it will move faster. As people are porting from EB3 to EB2, the demand in EB3 has decreased, hence the movement is slow?
DeleteGood one. really quick.
ReplyDeleteAny idea when I would get my GC if my PD is March 2007 (EB2)
ReplyDeleteThanks
Aj
Hopefully July 2013.
DeleteAfter the PD is reached, how much time before we can expect GC. What options do you have to ensure you get GC before the dates goes back again.
ReplyDeleteIf you have filed I-485 and done all the formalities, then within the end of that month. If you not files I-485, then about 4 months. You can always contacts USCIS and open SR. You can also contact your Congressman or Senator's office.
DeleteHi Ambals,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your quick updates.
My PD is april 2007(ED2I). Hopefully it will be july 2013. can i see the july 2013 visa bulletin on june 10th right or ?...
Also when will we get the latest I-485 inventory any idea???...
Thanks,
Nj
Yes. You should see the July 2013 Visa Bulletin by the 10th of June.
DeleteInventory data, I am hoping by end of next week.
Ur blog is a silver lining among the cloud feel so positive :) thank you !
ReplyDeleteAppreciate your thoughts on Visa bulletin, I stopped tracking tons of blogs, Just check the official visa bulletin and come back to your blog for your thoughts. Good work Thanks.
ReplyDeleteIf my priority date is August 2007, can I expect my GC to (finally) arrive by the end of the year?
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely, by end of this year should be it
DeleteYes by end of September.
DeleteDo we have to apply for another I485 and do a medical exam again after i have ported my EB3 to EB2 and have a valid EAD card.
ReplyDeletePlease advice...
I don't think so. If you have already done one for EB3 and submitted it to USCIS, that should be good.
DeleteLove this blog....Good Work..
ReplyDeleteA dumb question.. If I see the demand data correctly China have only 6125 in EB-2 . If this China EB-2 goes current say next year, then all spillover from EB-1 will go to India ( assuming for next demand for China EB-2 is less than their quota)
ReplyDeleteYes... if it happens...
DeleteMy PD is Jul 30 2008, can I expect my GC this year ? I have EAD/AP
ReplyDeleteMostly in last quarter of 2014
DeleteHello Ambals, Thanks for your great works, Kudos!
DeleteFor this particular request, did you mean 4thQ, 2013.
Keep it up guys...great analysis for everyone's benefit!
ReplyDeleteAny idea when I would get my GC if my PD is Jan 2102 (EB2)
ReplyDeleteThanks
I agree with GK.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ambals,
Jay P
Hi,
ReplyDeleteMy PD is OCtober 1,2007. Can I expect movement uptil October 1,2007 in last quarter.
Yes.
DeletePlease keep up the good work. You are really a life saver. Your blogs along with the calculations make me learn some as well. Thanks!
ReplyDelete-AK
this is great analysis. please keep up the good work that helps a lots of people. appreciate the timing of the analysis within hours of bulletin release. my PD is nov 29 2007, when do you think it will become current?
ReplyDeleteHopefully July 2013.
DeleteThanks for the updates and analysis. This is really helpful.
ReplyDeleteMarch 09 PD : do i have to wait till July 2014
ReplyDeleteYes.
DeleteCan we expect priority date to be april 2009 by the end of this year?? I am h4 visa and not sure about h1b approval this year. staying at home is very bad so not sure whether to wait to for EAD or go back India and work there...
ReplyDeleteSorry as of now, it looks like it only be in 2014. But, let us hope Immigration Reform passes and we will be good.
DeleteI am little confused. Immigration reform seem to revolve around temp work permits and legalization of illegal immigrants. How does it help EB2 India category? Does reform also include 3012 bill? Please clarify. thnx.
DeleteMy pd is dec 13 when can I file 485? When will I get wad and gc?
ReplyDeleteGreat blog.. thanks for your analysis
ReplyDeleteDo you know what are the chances of getting May 1 08 PD this year?
PD Sept 2010. When do you think EB2 will reach there?
ReplyDeleteMy PD Feb 2006 , recently ported my EB-3 to EB-2.
ReplyDelete485 pending and have an EAD.
Should I expect it to become current on June 10th release ( July 2013 bulletin) ?
Once it becomes current, Can I expect the GC to be printed by end of July or would it take beyond September 2013.
If all the formalities are done and if there is no RFE, typically, you should get your Green Card in the same month it becomes current.
DeleteWhen I spoke to USCIS couple of weeks earlier they mentioned that my case is pre-adjudicated..
DeleteI think that means 485 is inter-filed with EB-2 and all the review/process is done and they are waiting only for a visa number.
Am I right? So with your above reply I should have the GC by end of July most probably.. Right ?
Yes. Whenever your PD becomes current, that same month.
DeleteIbrahim - I'm in exactly your status where I've ported from EB-3 to EB-2 with I-485 pending and EAD.
DeleteWhat's the number you called or how do you verify the status as far as whether the case has been pre-adjudicated in EB2? Thanks in advance!
You Can call 1-800-375-5283 and ask for the 2nd level customer service / Immigration officer.
DeleteHe will ask for routine verification questions first and then you can ask him/her whether your I-485 is upgraded to EB-2 and also if your AOS is already pre-adjudicated... Let me know how it goes.
I have been checking your blog since past couple months now. As one of the comments said, i alo check vb and come to your blog to get analysis and i dont have to go to 100 different places to make sense of the numbers. You also make me hopeful of getting atleast ead. My PD is Feb 1 2008. Fingers crossed!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the great work.
Hi Ambals
ReplyDeletePeople have started treating you like an astrologer :). 60% of the messages here are like "my PD is so and so, when will I get my GC". Despite you repeatedly telling that it takes 5-6 years from PD date, still people keep asking. It shows they dont read the comments at all. People should be contributing what they know in the comments so that everyone gets benefited instead of just throwing questions their lawyer should ideally be answering.
My priority date jan 30 ,2008 when?
ReplyDeleteThe E2 date has not moved for last 8 Visa Bulletin, it was 01SEP04 in Oct '12 and is the same in May '13 Bulletin. However for China (for example) it at least moved for a year in this duration, i.e. 15JUL07 to 15MAY08. Not sure if I still get it - why is there not even a single week movement for India over last 8 months while there are movements in China – also if we go by the logic that the numbers are release in last quarter of FY, then there was no update during last Jul – Sep period, all the while data was unavailable and then ‘07 date went back to ’04 date, so what make one believe there will be progress in Jul – Sep this year and even if it does guess June '13 bulletin will have same PD of 01SEP04?
ReplyDeleteI'm with you; I don't see how PD's will move to 2007 or 2008 in July-Sept VBs.
DeleteLast year was totally different. See the previous years -- EB2 India has been same for most of the year except last 4 or 5 months. On the top of this, this year the porting seems to be about 300 visas per month just going by demand data. Given all this, the estimate is that the spill over will be applied in last quarter and the dates will move.
DeleteMy Priority Date is 20th Feb 2008.
ReplyDeleteShould I expect this date by September 2013?
Please advice.
Hi Ambals, Once again great analysis. PD end of March 2008 EB2-I. What do you think the worst case is? Thanks
ReplyDeleteThis information is really very useful. My Priority date is June 2007. For some reason, I missed it last time. Hopefully I should be able to catch up by July/August Bulletin.
ReplyDeleteReally appreciate this info.
Hi, my PD is Feb 25, 2008, i have so far file only I-140. when do you expect this date to be current? Is I-485 the last step? Within the month of my PD being current, if i file for I-485 then how long would it take for me to get my green card?
ReplyDeleteWhat are the requirements for green card besides medical?
Thank you

DeleteWhy are you asking all these questions to Ambalas ? Is he a 'fortune teller' ?
My Priority date is '01/01/2020'.
DeleteWhen should I expect my GC ?
Hi thr my pd is Aug 2012 when shd I expct tis dt become cd?

DeleteHello Ambal,
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the info. I have a small question on the CIR bill. If it passes in the senate next week, it has to go to the house right? Are there chnaces that this will get wrapped up in a month ?
No. According to CNN, the bill is expected to be introduced next week, then debate in committee next month and full debate in Senate in June.
DeleteJudicial hearing of the bill in the senate on the 19th of April. Source: CNN/Fox
Deletewhy is eb3 visa for philippines move so slow compared to mexico and china?
ReplyDeleteHello Ambal
ReplyDeleteI have a totally different question..My PD is 8th apr 08..as per your calculation PD will go to 1st apr 08 in sept..so will it move further in new FY starting october or again it will retrogress back like what happened in this year..Thanks in advance..
Hi Ambals
ReplyDeleteThe following link in the immigrationvoice website
http://immigrationvoice.org/forum/forum16-iv-agenda-and-legislative-updates/3094904-immigration-reform-bill-expected-on-16th-april.html#post3570541
says the bill will contain -
1.) Recapture (from unused GC since 2001)
2.) Elimination of per-country limits
3.) Exemption for dependents
4.) Exemption for US STEM graduates
5.) Ability for H-4 to work (if your country of origin reciprocates the same)
6.) 60 days Grace period on H1
Any idea how did they get this information? I dont see these points clearly mentioned in any websites. Is it something internal they have come to know?
Check this out....
Deletehttp://firstread.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04/16/17768678-details-of-sweeping-senate-immigration-plan-revealed?lite=
I found more details. For the legals the initial set of offerings looks like
Delete1. elimination of siblings GC thereby freeing up some percentage of the numbers to EB.
2. Exceptional (STEM) category will be out of quota which essentially means current EB1 will almost be totally moved to EB2.
3. Removal of diversity GC ( 55K).
Above 3 steps can potentially add 150K extra GCs for EB which will tremendously help clearing backlog in EB2 and EB3.
Question which of the above will be blocked or amended potentially. I believe Democrats will not let Diversity visa go away ( Recolloct that they stoped the same once in last November). Still it's a pretty good deal for EB if passes.
Keep your fingers crossed people. Bill is out today!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Ambals
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if you aware but I just heard in the news while running for work that the immigration bill may be delayed etc because of the Boston incident.
Don't want to cause confusion but posted what I saw in news. Saw on CNN but I have not got a link for it as yet.
I just came across a link that gives the outline of the bill. Scroll down to page 6 under the 'legal immigration' section and you can find more info on criteria for GC's. Here it is
ReplyDeletehttp://www.scribd.com/doc/136230105/Outline-of-the-Border-Security-Economic-Opportunity-and-Immigration-Modernization-Act-of-2013
How does this help eb2 India folks
DeleteHow does this help us
DeleteLike I have said in one of the above posts, 3 basic points
Delete1. removing sibling GC
2. removing diversity GC
3. making PhD or MNC executives out of total quota
will free up lot of green card numbers that will be used in EB category. Notice that it says 40% of that will be used in each EB category. Let's assume by above actions, total 160K additional GC are freed up, so the total EB number is going to be current 140k + 160 K = 300K. 40% of that is 120K as a whole given for EB2 or EB3. Even if they dont remove country cap, such a number is a good amount.
I would think when they introduce the 'merit programme' after 5 years, EB based green cards will no longer be there. Above actions are only to clear backlogs.
The bill is very promising for us but there is hardly any chance the above proposals will pass.
Thanks, that means 2011 may eb2 India will be cleared within 6 months if the bill get passed?
DeleteThat's quite right to say. But the biggest question is again when the bill will be enacted.
DeleteHi Aditi and Ganesh,
ReplyDeleteI regularly follow your blog. I think you will be able to help me.
Can you please go to the following link and decrypt the implications for India EB2 category in the CIR proposed document link below.
http://blog.chron.com/txpotomac/2013/04/complete-text-of-the-gang-of-eights-comprehensive-immigration-reform-deal/
Thanks in advance.
Santinx
Isn't it going to take approximately 2 years from the time the bill is passed for the proposed bill to come into effect just like ObamaCare!!
ReplyDeleteActually the bill is sprinting. There is a judicial hearing in senate scheduled for 19th. If you're talking about legal and h1b component of the bill, you know it may not even happen since its mostly about vote bank
DeleteI went through the legal part of the bill and here is what I understood.
ReplyDeleteLet's assume it passed before Oct 1, 2013.
1. Country cap removal - starts from Oct 2014.
2. recapture of unused GC from 1991 - starts from Oct 2014.
3. Exemption of dependents in total demand data - Not clear when this starts.
From Oct 2014, Merit based system Part-2 activates. Part-1 starts 5 years from enactment. All the EB based people waiting for 5 years BEFORE THE DAY OF BILL PASS ( approx PD before 2008 Oct ), will be automatically put into Part-2 of Merit system. They will be divided into 7 batches to be cleared in 7 years !!!
Then the STEM part- that's weird too. People who applied for GC WITHIN 5 YEARS of graduating as STEM are eligbile to be treated specially i.e. out of total limit.
The bill is no good for people in EB3-I. Person with EB3 PD 2008 will receive GC in 2022. It's better than current process but not as good as everyone hoped.
Also it does not say people who has PD after 2008 and in the queue, what happens to them. To what Merit system they fall under.
If the country cap is removed then EB3/2-I both will be benefited I believe. I think that itself is enough for our salvation.
DeleteOct 2014 is too far though.
DeletePlease read it carefully. It says.."beginning on October 1, 2014 for employment-based visas that have been
ReplyDeletepending for three years,.." and not 5 years.
Question - I keep hearing about the 18K visa spillover from FB 2012 to EB 2013 which is in addition to the EB spillover from EB5/EB1 -> EB2I. So how much of spillover are we really looking at for EB2I? Your blog seems to only talk about the second spillover
ReplyDeleteThat is exactly what everyone is trying to predict and that is very hard to predict !!!
DeleteWould that be at least 12-15K or even that is doubtful ? Don't know how much spillover EB5/EB1 is consuming?
DeleteHi Ambals,
ReplyDeletethanks so much for posting the info.
your blog is the only one I read every month.
You've said that a spillover of 13000 visa numbers is predicted for India and China this year.
Is this true?
If so, doesn't this mean that almost all of these numbers will spill over to India, since China is already at 2008?
Is this the basis for your prediction that India will move to late 2007/early 2008?
Isn't there a lot of ambiguity in the number of EB3 to EB2 porting cases happening every month?
Can you please elaborate on how this might affect the movement in July?
Hello ivarnarik, if you are a frequent reader of Ambal's blog then you wouldn't have asked this question coz she has already explained this earlier. I don't want to offend you or being rude. It is just irritating that people wants to get the answer quickly with out even putting some effort to read the prior Q/A
ReplyDeleteLets have a Q/A session on prior posts :)
DeleteYep.You definitely need that :)
ReplyDeleteAny update on immigration reform on this blog would be appreciated thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis is the latest -- 45 minutes back -- http://nbcpolitics.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04/25/17916631-immigration-to-begin-path-through-congress-in-may
DeleteLooks like politics has begun as expected. House vs Senate battle will go nowhere :)
DeleteAny idea how is this bill going to help EB2 India? Thanks!!
DeleteI have read something like below...
Delete"There is a general misunderstanding that this immigration reform will greatly benefit high-skilled immigrants in the U.S. In reality, these high-skilled immigrants, along with American workers, could become biggest losers of this political battle."
Shame on high-skilled immigrants....working like slaves in this country. Employers are getting much greater margin from H1B workers...
The link - http://www.policymic.com/articles/34857/immigration-reform-2013-it-s-not-fair-to-legal-immigrants-or-americans
Here is the outline of the journey.
Delete1. May 7th is the last day for submitting amendments to the senate bill. A dozen amendments are expected.
2. Debate on senate starts in June.
3. House version of the bill is yet to be released.
4. Once #3 is done, house will debate.
5. Only if both #2 and #4 clears i.e. both the bill passes. house and senate then start to 'merge' the bills into a commonly agreed one.
6. The above step is the most difficult one, if that too passes then it goes to white house for final signature.
7. After that it becomes law, then USCIS needs to be trained with the new system which could take months.
Realistically, step 7 can only start sometime middle of next year. Until then we only have to hope on spillover numbers.
Thank you for providing the journey line... This helps to set the right expectations.
DeleteRecently, I received a renewed EAD until 2015. My PD is Dec 2007. Given the predictions by your blog it should be current by Aug/Sept 2013. But I am a bit puzzled as to why it was renewed for 2 years. Does that mean the dates won't move? Is that an anticipation on USCIS's part?
ReplyDeleteHow dumb are you to ask this question?
DeleteYour EAD is just your's, its got nothing to do with anything else in this world, and just to be clear by anything, I mean Date movement, immigration reform etc.. Since you applied for a renewal, they just renewed it for the standard time that is allowed.
I can understand your frustration. I am a regular reader of this blog but never really contribute. Its actually hilarious to see so many 'simplistic' questions that people are asking. They are almost expecting the blog owner to be their attorney. It makes me wonder if these people actually have enough analytic knowledge to deserve EB classification. :)
DeleteJust to clarify, the earlier EAD's are for 1 yr.
DeleteI am in EB2I - PD - Aug 2012. Is there a chance that all EB2I PD be current by Sep 2013? Yours view please.
ReplyDeleteUnless the immigration bill passes like tomorrow, NO CHANCE! Sorry
Deletemy PD is December 2010. When will I get a GC best case?
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of stupid question is this. First of all none of the predictions written here ever come true. Its all based on what USCIS has to do. There is no logical way anymore on when someones date would be current. So please stop asking such ridiculous questions
DeleteMy PD is july 2009 on EB3. What are the best chances of getting it Current? do you think there would be any changes in Immigration bill?
ReplyDeleteNot this year pal!
DeleteWhat about next year?
DeleteActually if the bill passes this year, by the end of next year there may be an opportunity. It depends on different factors, like are you a STEM degree holder, when did you file after graduating, etc. I think apart from the bulletins every month, none of the 2010-2011 and onwards date will be current until Oct 2014. I guess thats what the bill says for pending cases.
DeleteHi my h1b got revoked by uscis, and my priority date is 02/05/2003 eb3 India. Do you think the date will be current within 1 month and right now I am out of status can I file i485 if date is current. Pl advice. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteThis is very unfortunate situation, please contact experience attorney immediately.
DeleteSorry to hear that. What was the reason for H1B being revoked??
DeleteMy PD is Feb 2008 EB2 India what are my chances of getting current this year?
ReplyDeleteDont worry you would be current this year 100%
DeleteHi, my h1b just got revoked by uscis, and my priority date is 02/03/2003 eb3 India. Being out of status can I file my I 485 when the date is current, what do you think will I be current soon? Also my I 94 is valid up to 12/18/2014. Can I change my status to b1/b2 . Thanks
ReplyDeleteI am n Indian. My PD date is April 2012. It filed w/eb2.
ReplyDeleteHow long it gonna take.
Hi, my pd is April 24 2008 in EB2, how long is it gonna take
ReplyDeleteThis year before Sep 2013, you should be current
DeleteMy PD is Oct'07. Hope i get my GC this year.
ReplyDeleteI would appreciate if the responses are sorted descending by date (Most recent on top).
On Q's immigration form people are discussing on 20K extra EB2 Cases reported this year which weren't accounted previously. So some people heard from their attorneys that EB2I PD will retrogress during Q4. Have u read/heard this news ambals?
ReplyDeleteI'm looking for this answer too. Could be a rumor, since haven't seen this on any other website. If this is true, then it will take 8-10 years in eb2.
DeleteThis is crazy :(
ReplyDeleteDemand data for June 2013 is out. How would you look at it ?
ReplyDeleteWe are pawns between DOS and USCIS. Cumulative Demand increased for EB2I;
DeleteLike mentioned in the earlier posts, USCIS/DOS has gone back to their earlier strategy -- where in they wait till last quarter of the FY to determine the number of visas to give for EB2 India and China, due to spill over. :-)
:)
DeleteWe are followers of Gandhi. So patience is the key to our path to GC. How much ever you are torchered, abused by your employer/manager but still keep calm and have fun in this waiting game. This is what am undergoing and this is my suggestion to others who are in my situation.
ReplyDeleteEB3 has NO HOPES.... If ever correction happens it is still not going to help... My only question is if they cannot manage or afford to gve Indians GC... why the hell they start the GC process itself???
ReplyDeleteActually if the reform goes through it will definitely help EB2 and EB3. There are many people with MS in EB3. POLus, biggest plus of the bill is "if the petition is pending for 3+ years before the passage of the bill, the dates will be current." Thus in Oct 2014, assuming bill passes in Aug 2013, everyone whose PD is AUG 2010 and earlier will be made current. Now, what will be the 485 processing time, that's a million dollar Q
DeleteA basic and of the topic question:
ReplyDeleteCan I file I485 concurrently with I140 if my PD is not current?
Yes you can.
DeleteNo. Concurrent application of I-485 and I-140 only applies if your PD is current.
DeleteYou can file concurrently only when PD is current.
DeleteWhat he means is can he file 485, right after LC approval along with I 140. Yes he can. Eg.:
Deletehttp://www.greencardlawyers.com/greencards/adjustment/ConcurrentFiling.html
Once the I1140 is approved, you will have to wait for PD to be current.
The person above understood this correctly
Looks like new demand data is released for June visa bulletin. http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/EmploymentDemandUsedForCutOffDates.pdf
ReplyDeleteWhile everyone is hoping for big date move in the next three months, here is what I think is practical. It's true that the date for EB2 India might move up to as far as 2008 but, the reality is it can't stay there for longer. If you look at the demand data it's obvious that porting is much higher than people have anticipated. In fact this month's data shows that the cumulative porting was 600+. This will continue going forward and USCIS will be concerned that the yearly EB2 India quota will reach soon thereby they will retrogress the dates again. Here is a clearer picture
ReplyDelete1. next month date moves.
2. At Oct 2013 bulletin, let's say the date is 2008 Jan 1.
3. Porting continues at the rate of current, making the total porting amount before 2008 much higher than the monthly available GC.
4. So as early as Nov bulletin, the date moves back to 2005.
5. It stays like that until the last quarter of 2014.
6. Again the date moves, porting continues and the cycle goes on until all EB3 porters before 2008 finishes.
Therefore, my guess is, every year, effectively 3 months are available for EB2 applicants to get their GC done. It sounds pessimistic but it's fact.
My PD is march 2008, seems like mine is a border case either sep 2013 or July 2014, do you agree ?
ReplyDeleteSounds right to me.
DeleteEspecially with the discovery of lost 20k species, yes you're right
DeleteVisa Bulletin for June published :
ReplyDeletehttp://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5953.html
No movement for EB2I
How about for the priority date of april 2009 for all other countries? When it is expected to be current ?
ReplyDeletekarma is bad. start working on it!
ReplyDeleteMy priority date is July 2008. By when I can expect my priority date to get current?
ReplyDeleteHK
later part of 2014
DeleteMy priority date is Dec 2007. I see that they issued and RFE, but haven't received anything in the mail too. I havent changed my employer since my 485 filing. Will have to wait and see what they are asking.
ReplyDeleteha ha ha - gotta love the HUGE MOVEMENT in EB3. You greedy greedy indians, all ported from EB3 to EB2 thinking you could defraud the system. Now look what's happened, EB2 has slowed, EB3 is racing through. Thanks for doing that, my EB3 ROW jumped nearly 2.5 years, I'm now current and already filed.
ReplyDeleteWhat year it is now? Thank You
Delete
