June 2013 Visa Bulletin was released earlier today. Date for EB2 India is 01 SEP 04 and EB2 China is 15 JUL 08. The cut-off for all other EB2 countries are Current.
As expected the EB2 India has not moved. The good news here is EB2 China dates are moving, which means till EB2 India reaches that date, it can consume all the spill over numbers that comes to EB2 category.
The demand data for this month had been released earlier. The cumulative demand prior to Jan 1, 2005 rose to 450 from 425 from 375 from 300 and the cumulative demand prior to 1 Jan 2009 is 24,050 from 23,850 from 23,400 from 23,975.
July, August and September Visa Bulletins will be the last 3 for this Fiscal Year. I am still hoping EB2 dates will start moving from next bulletin onwards. Now, how much movement is all dependent on two main factors -- how much spillover EB2 India will get and how much porting will happen. Going by this month's demand data, the porting is increasing steadily. Assuming, USCIS/DOS is giving about 260 per month green cards till date for EB2 India. Then, if the spillover is about 10,000 then the dates will move to 01-JAN-08. I am hoping atleast that will happen.
Cut-off dates for EB3 India is 08 JAN 03 and EB3 China is 01 SEP 08. As expected, EB3 India is moving at one week or two weeks per month pace. For EB3 India, it is going to move at this pace only till there is a legislative change. The reason being there is no spill over to EB3 India category. Hence only about 2800 green cards are given for this category every year.

Ambals,
ReplyDeleteIn your earlier post you were saying EB2I will get 18,000 visas as Spillover. But in current post you are estimating there will be around 10,000 visas as spill over. Could you pls let us know onto why spill over is getting reduced for EB2 India? And other question I had, will they move straight to Jan2008 or they go with stops to that date?
No. All I am telling is, we still don't have clear data on what the spillover is going to be. It will be nice if we can at-least get 10,000.
DeleteDemand prior to Jan 2008 is less than 8K. Which means with 10000 spillover it could be mid June 2008 also right?
DeleteRecent developments about 20k applications coming out of the blue have completely dampened any hopes. Frankly CIR is the only hope left
DeleteHi, are you planning to post any more recipes? Its been a while since you posted any. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteReally, you are concerned about recipes, go to google and search, oh i think you are lazy to do that, please click on this link, I saved the effort for you:.

I guess since Ambals predictions are never correct, atleast we can use their recipes..just kidding....
DeleteAmbals are doing a great Job of atleast Analyzing and documenting the facts...There is no obligation to follow their blog and thus people who want to criticize can follow other blogs..why blame Ambals for doing a selfless service...
DeleteRecipes for green card
ReplyDeleteRecipe for Green card is mix tons and tons of patience with tons and tons of time.
DeleteMix it well and let it cook for minimum 5-6 years without adding any emotions or efforts to the recipe. Just like wine older it gets better it taste.
Awesome dude. and just to be specific:
DeleteIf you want it more spicy, leave it on stove for 10-12 years (EB3), if you want it quick, as you said 5-6 years (EB2)
:)
For Instant food--Open EB1 cane :)
DeleteHow sure are you that the EB2 dates will move next month?
ReplyDeleteWith EB2 ROW moving further most of the spill overs could be used. So what EB2 I will get is mystery. But JUNE VB will reveal this.
ReplyDeleteSpill overs are never revealed in the VB.
DeleteVB is just to stop more people rushing in than needed. Since there will be some spill overs (which no body knows how much, till last month of the year) So VB will move to a certain date, depending on the Employment demand but it will not indicate how much was spill overs. This movement is just a guesstimate but not a real indicator.
Ambals - Please don't raise the hopes of many only to be crashed later. I don't believe the dates will move ahead in the final quarter.
ReplyDeleteHope is the only thing that is keeping us all going :)
DeleteTo Anonymous crying about being crashed later. You always have an option to close your eyes and ears to the world.
DeleteI believe Ambals are doing a great self-less service and should be appreciated if nothing less than that. Hope is the one that keeps us alive and kicking.
There is a difference between realistic hope and wishful thinking. In fact, my statement is to protect the Ambals because if the line doesn't move ahead in the last quarter then all those who had pinned their hopes reading Ambals previous blog entries on this topic will begin a barrage of attacks on him and if the line does move ahead then lucky for Ambals, they'll be treated as gods of prophecy. That's all!
DeleteYou sure did not sound this in you first post....

One has to understand all this theory n possible prediction is based on data available. EB2 dates may move for 2008 , again we all waited till now I think one month patience needed to see possible change in dates.
ReplyDeleteAny thought that due to immigration reform bill EB2 india may get current as the bill passes in August- Sep..? pls suggest..
ReplyDeleteEven if it passes, I don't think changes are rolled out before Oct 2014. I maybe wrong.
DeleteI believe Oct 2014 date was for the point system. Other changes might take effect immediately. This is my understanding as there is not not much clarity as of now on immigration bill.
DeletePoint system doesn't take into effect until like 5 years or so.
Delete"Point system doesn't take into effect until like 5 years or so."
DeleteThis is not correct. Please read section 2301 in the bill. I copied one para for you.
‘‘(c) MERIT-BASED IMMIGRANTS.—
'‘(1) FISCAL YEARS 1 THROUGH 4.—For the first 4 fiscal years beginning after the date of enactment of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act, the worldwide level of merit-based immigrant visas made available under section 201(e)(1) shall be available for aliens described in section 203(b)(3) and in addition to any visas available for such aliens under such section.
Merit based is different from Point System. It will be implemented after 5 years. Please read the highlights of the bill
Deletehttp://www.cilawgroup.com/news/2013/04/16/senate-immigration-reform-proposal-released-summary-and-analysis/
What is point based system then if it is not same as merit based system? The link does not have a separate category listed for point system. I think they are same and it does gets implemented before 5 years.
DeleteI think my comment above yours was a little confusing. What I meant was there will be immediate help to people with MS and PhD's in 2014. The point based system like they have in Canada will get implemented after 5 years. So if you have a PhD, you wont even be counted in the inventory. If you have a MS degree and if your PD for EB is withing five years of graduation, you will be exempt just like PHD.
DeleteThere are 2 separate point-based merit systems. One goes into effect from Oct 2014 and the other one goes into effect after 5 year. Please check this: http://www.murthy.com/2013/05/03/immigration-reform-bill-summary-part-2-of-2/
DeleteTo sum it up, there is only one point based system in the bill with 2 categories: one taking effect in Oct 2014 and other taking effect after 5 years.
DeleteIn short, the point based system like they have in Canada does not come into effect till like 2018 or 2019. IF CIR bill passes we will see significant reductions in backlog next year. Unfortunately, doesn't look like it will pass as it it w/o major amendments for legal aliens.
DeleteMy PD is Nov 2007. Hoping next bulletin gets me to file 485. How long does it take after that? Any inputs?
ReplyDeleteHope is fine Sir, but don't get crushed if it does not happen. I wish good luck to you. If happens then 2-4 months for EAD. Note that you can file only in July if dates become current in next bulletin.
DeleteThanks. I take it as it will happen someday. Best case is next month. If not, then its not time yet :)
DeleteNow you talking.... good luck
DeleteOnce you file I-485 -- there is FBI name check and you need to do finger printing. So, it might take about 3 months. You need to hope for 2 things: one -- your priority date to become current and two -- it stays that will till you get your green card.
DeleteFiled I-485 last year. PD is Jan 8 2008, When do you think if date will become current will I be approved for greencard. I finished bio metrics and interview. Thanks
ReplyDeleteBefore sept 2013
DeleteThank you Aditi/Ganesh for your informative blog. I have one question.
ReplyDeleteHas EB3->EB2 (for India) porting inreased year over year past 3-4 years? i.e. how much cumulative demand prior to Jan2004, Jan2003, Jan2002 etc...existed in prior years' Q3 visa bulletins?
A simpified way to put it is, has porting increased in recent years? If so, what you think is primary reason? The rules haven't changed now then they were in the past years, have they? If not, then is it just more awareness of that option among the EB3 community?
Thank you!
It has become popular and more applicants has become eligible from last year.
DeleteMy priority date is April 2010 in EB2 category.... When do you think this priority date will be current?
ReplyDelete2020.. Mine is Feb 2008 and I am hoping for 2015. Fingers crossed ;))
DeleteWith PD of 2010, you should hope for the Immigration Bill to pass. It will be a long journey otherwise.
DeleteFrankly no one knows what will happen. I guess we maybe able to see early to mid 2008 dates current soon. They may open up more dates next year if they need more money from people on ead.
DeleteFeb 2008 should be current within a coupla months based on the amount of spillover.
ReplyDeleteTere mooh mein ghee shaker!!!
DeleteWith the current porting rate (before Sept 2004) EB2-I will use the quota this year without any movement in visa dates for EB2-I. There are 1000-1200 applications pending between Sep - 04 to Feb - 07 as per last 485 inventory. Even if USCIS assumes porting will be steady (~300 per month) and spillover is 10000 the dates won't move beyond Feb 2007. I am not sure how it will be Jan 2008 unless I am missing something else.
ReplyDeleteThe truth is porting will be much higher in later months, so if USCIS is cautious in moving dates next month we might not even see 2007 dates this year.
The spillover prediction for this year was 13000 as of last month.
DeleteHas that changed?
If not, wouldn't that push the date to Jan 2008?
No one know what the spillover will be. We might get a better idea when latest 485 inventory data is released. Even if we get 13000 the best date can only be July 2007.
DeleteAlso, I am not sure when ambals said 1000 spillover, did they mean spillover from EB category alone or from FB too. Though we might not get all 18000 from FB but we will get good chunk of it. That can cause the dates to move forward more.
How the dates move forward will depend on whether USCIS considers porting in calculation or not. My guess is they will, and in that case dates wont move much.
WOW! Looks like we will get used to the discouragement. Just waiting to see yeah it will move this month... Oh no it did not... What to do... Probably next month... Yeah, sure in 2013... 2014...20...
ReplyDeleteDont worry every body will get by 2050 :)
DeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteI had few questions.
1) Does the demand data contain only those applications for which I140 has been approved and I485 has not been filed, or does it only include only those application for which 140 has been approved and I485 has been filed or does it include application for which I140 has been approved irrespective of whether I458 has been filed or not?
2) Does the demand data for EB2 also contain applications which have have been successfully ported from EB3 to EB2 (I140 approved under EB2)?
3) Does the inventory report contain only those applications for which I485 has been filed?
Thanks.
I am not sure if I got your question right... demand data has nothing to do with I-140. Demand data is the number of I-485 applications pending at USCIS and have not been issued a visa number. If you are asking 1, 2 or 3 to be picked, then its 3.
DeleteTo be very precise, demand data only contains I-485 applications that have been pre-adjudicated. It does not include pending I-485 cases.
DeleteAll 3 are seperate questions.
DeleteI was trying to understand whats is included in the demand data and in the inventory report.I always thought that the demand data report included applications for which I140 was approved irrespective of whether for those application I 485 was filed or not (i.e.irrespective of whether the date was current or not).
On the other hand I thought that inventory report contained only those applications for which I 485 was field but are pending since thier dates are not current any more(i.e. dates are retrogated).
Is my understanding correct?
The demand data report includes I-485 cases and not I-140. I-485 cases include the whole family numbers. But as we all know that I-485 can be filed only when priority date is current, the number of porting cases are still unknown. As soon as PD is changed from 2004 to let's say 2007, all the porting candidates with PD on or before 2007 will join the demand data.
DeleteIf 300 porting cases are being added every month when 2004 is current, just think what an avalanche it will be when dates are moved to say 2007.
Does any one know how many visas are allocated for EB2-Iduring fy13 (Not the spillover guesstimate). last one year, EB2-I is not moved, Assuming those numbers should be available before July'13.
ReplyDeleteEB2-I gets 2800 every year. All that is currently and will be consumed due to porting with priority dates before Sept 2004. If there is no spillover EB2 will not move forward at all this year.
DeleteEvery year it is 2800 or more. This year it is 3163.
DeleteWhat does pre-adjudicated mean? how do we know whether an application is pre-adjudicated or not? If I dont receive an RFE does that mean 485 is likely to have been pre-adjudicated?
ReplyDeleteYou can call the USCIS customer service number and talk to L2 officer to see if your application is pre-adjudicated (everything is good to go and waiting for PD to become current)
DeleteHi Ambals,
ReplyDeleteYour blog's been very informative. Thanks for all your updates. Do you know what's the status of immigration bill? and what are the odds of that bill passed in both the houses and enacted.
Debate is on with lot of amendments in Senate Judiciary committee.
DeleteSenate Immigration Bill Passes Out Of Judiciary Committee. Yay !!!
Deletehttp://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/21/senate-immigration-bill_n_3315271.html
Does the Demand Data include spouse and children of the primary applicant? If so, do their visas count against the EB2 qouta?
ReplyDeleteyes, it does.
DeleteYes, it does. That will be one of the greatest benefits of immigration reform, since they would just count the I140 applicant not the dependents.
DeleteIs USCIS doing same to India's dates as what IRS has done to conservatives application. Keeping it in 2004 to build pressure for immigration reform and making it a case for reform.
ReplyDeleteI don't think so. It is all about the number of visas available. Unfortunately math is not working out great for Indians. Ironically Indians are great with math :-)
DeleteHi All,
ReplyDeletePending Employment-Based I-485 Inventory released today.
http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.eb1d4c2a3e5b9ac89243c6a7543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=16551543455e5210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD&vgnextchannel=16551543455e5210VgnVCM100000082ca60aRCRD
Hi ambal,
ReplyDeleteI have question. As per I-485 inventory data for April 2nd 2013. The cumulative data for india before jan 2005 is 810 but Demand data says 425. is it right or just name shake they are publish this data. please give me your opinion.
They are 2 different numbers. I-485 data has just the I-485 numbers that are pending. Demand data has the pre-adjudicated I-485 and the applications pending on consulates outside of US.
DeleteHey,nice blog. My PD is June, 2008. What are the chances of it becoming current this year? If not when? Any ideas appreciated, thank you very much !
ReplyDeleteMostly next year.
DeleteImmigration Bill approved by Senate. Will this in any way positively impact the Priority Dates? Its really vague as to what relief this immigration bill will bring to thousands of immigrants like us.Does anyone have a clear idea regarding the ramifications for H1Bs if this bill is passed?
ReplyDeleteNo No. It is just coming out to Senate Judiciary committee to go to Senate.
DeleteHi Ambals
ReplyDeleteAre you familiar with US politics rules? The question is can Senate override House decisions? If Senate passes the bill next month while House has not even come up with their bill yet, will the bill be hanging until House comes up?
If the senate passes the bill, it will go to the House. It is upto the house to take it up or not. But, the same bill with exact same wordings has to be passed by both House and Senate and signed by President -- to become law.
DeleteIt seems House is preparing a piecemeal approach. A part of the bill about so called high skilled workers is below. I read in IV forum that this one is to be announced tomorrow
Deletehttp://thehill.com/blogs/hillicon-valley/technology/299157-rep-issa-given-major-role-in-house-gops-immigration-push
look at this link for a general idea...google is filled with information on this topic searches like "how a bill becomes law in USA" will give you enough things to read tonight.....enjoy..if you find something interesting then share...

I-485 inventory is published today. Looking forward for the analysis from Ambals
ReplyDeleteIt came out yesterday. I am still trying to figure out why they released April 2nd data on May 21 ?
DeleteCan you please provide with your analysis on this. I am looking forward to it :)
DeleteThanks for doing this wonderful service for all of us. Really appreciate it. You guys rock!!!
Visa on Passport expires in June 2013. I 797 expires Oct 2013. I will be out of US in July either on business or unpaid leave to India. If i go thru a consulate to get visa till OCt 2013 will I face any issues in the interview since I will only have 2-3 months on my visa?
ReplyDeleteWould certainly appreciate if you could answer this Q
DeleteTypically you should not. It is better to check with your immigration lawyer since he is the one who can help you end of the day with specific information.
DeleteAlso, are you extending your h1b ?
Well i'm only extending it till oct 2013. My perm is in process so once I'm back will file for recoup and hopefully if I get an I 140 approval before end of recoup (mar 2014), will file for H1B extension. Attiryney did say its not a problem, just want to be sure
DeleteAmbals, first of all, thanks for maintaining this blog! Your wisdom is greatly appreciated!!
ReplyDelete( I also feel like I should apologize for all the asinine questions that pop up every now and then -- it always makes me smirk when you silently ignore them! )
I just wanted to share this bit of news that I came across today -- this is relevant to most of us that follow your blog:
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/05/23/technology/long-wait-for-a-green-card-could-be-ending.html?pagewanted=all
Thanks! That is a well written article.
DeleteEB spillover 130000.. plus FB spillover 18000. so totally 31000 thousand visas available for EB2 retrogressed countries (India & China) ..Since China's PD moved advance most of the spillovers will go to EB2 India to match with china, End of this Fiscal year both india and china will share the same PD. so expected PD for EB2 india will be March-2008 within next 3 months.
ReplyDeleteHi,
DeleteWhere did you get these spillover numbers from?
FB spillovers goes to all the categories, So EB3 (I) will get some more additional visas,so there will be some movement (30 days) in next 3 months in Eb3 category. Eb2 will get some numbers from FB and more from EB spillovers. China 15JUL08 will be matched in best case. Expected PD for EB2 india for next 3 months will be b/w Jan 2008 to March 2008. So guys get ready to file your 485 if u missed earlier. all who filled best of luck for your GC.
ReplyDeleteAmbals - If you had to take a wild guess, what does your gut instinct tell you about the EB2-I line in the next visa bulletins?
ReplyDeleteMy hope is, it will go to 01-Sept-07 in July Bulletin and to 01-APR-08 by September 2013.
DeleteAmbals : Thank You for taking time to write the blogs particularly immigration.
ReplyDeleteMy question is with Employment spillover lets say about 10K + the family based spillover of 13k where do you think the EB2 India could go up to? Any chances of EB2 India - 13th March 2008 getting EAD this year?
My hope is, it will go to 01-APR-08 by September 2013.
DeleteMine is June 2008, pray for atleast June 2008!
DeleteGuys, I'm having sleepless nights with whether the line will move ahead or not. Way too much stress and anxiety. I'm sure there are others that might feel the same. Let's pray that we see positive movement.
ReplyDeleteI have FB spill over rule,. It gates equally distributed to each category right. In that
ReplyDeletee1:~5k
eb2:`5k
eb3 :`5k
e4&eb5:~3k
But if e1,e3 and eb4 did not use these numbers since they are current. Does that numbers go to eb2 category and further along how it will distributed to in EB2 india and china
If EB4 and EB5 doesnot use, it goes to EB1, if EB1 does not use, it goes to EB2. In EB2, till EB2 India reaches EB2 China, everything will be used by EB2 India.
DeleteBest of my knowledge, after analysing all the metrics...here is my prediction for the July visa bulletin:
ReplyDeleteEB2- CHINA- Sep-1-2008
EB2- INDIA - Sep-1-2007
Lets hope it happens !!!
DeleteDoes USCIS look at porting numbers when they set dates in the VB or do they only go by 485 inventory?
ReplyDeleteAs far as my understanding goes, DOS sees primarily the Demand Data (pre-adjudicated) to set the dates. They do get input from USCIS on porting and I-485 inventory.
DeleteIf DOS sees only demand data, EB3 ROW is only 450 before Jan 2013. Shouldn't that category be current now? Its still in Sept 08.
DeleteMine is October-5-2007- Is there any chances for that date in July Visa bulletin?
ReplyDeleteMy calculations leads to yes.
DeleteMy PD is December 5 2007 - How likely that date will become current in July'13 VB
ReplyDeleteVery Very Likely !!!
Deletevery unlikely that EB2 India will move beyond 1st January 2005 in July 2013 VISA bulleting. If at all there is any major movement, that will happen only in August or September VISA bulletin.
ReplyDeleteMy attorney says the same.. He thinks chances of it moving to 2007 is only 2 %. All we have to do is wait and see what happens. I don't think these calculations can give any estimate or predict the dates in next VB
DeleteI totally agree; if there is any movement it will not go beyond 1st January 2005 in July 2013 VISA bulletin.
DeleteI think your pd is arround jan 2005...ha ha..wait and see it will stay some day in 2007
DeleteIt will go some date in 2007, dont think based on your PD
DeleteCan we expect the bulletin tomorrow? Worried that it won't touch 2007 date.
ReplyDeleteMostly monday... till then.... check this -- http://www.fragomen.com/SnapshotFiles/32e715a9-8b61-4b5b-8c77-980daa8b1b3e/Subscriber.snapshot?clid=5dc90fc9-8ae6-4e70-9dea-d99821dd2cc4&cid=6a13a1c1-d1d8-422f-ab63-4805a0a37e0b&ce=7Z3f5qM2QzWRq6yZI%2bi7U685P2fN5Gh6
Deletemy heart sank....my PD is march 15th 2008....god this is so frustrating
DeleteYou might still have a chance this FY....
DeleteThat's great news Ambals! Really appreciate your predictions and help on GC matters.
ReplyDeleteMy pd is april 25 2008 in EB2 what's the best case
ReplyDeleteBest case is this August visa bulletin. But, With all the projections and news articles, looks like it will be next July.
DeleteMy PD is Dec-2 2004 in EB3 India Category. Any chance of getting my GC in next 5 years.
ReplyDeleteLet us see how EB2 I moves till Sept. That will give a very good idea of how many folks ported from EB3 to EB2. Also, let us hope for immigration reform.
DeleteState Department Projects Significant Movement for EB-2 India Later This Summer
ReplyDeleteJune 6, 2013
The priority date cut-off for EB-2 India could advance as far as February 2008 in the August or September Visa Bulletin, according to Charles Oppenheim, the senior State Department official responsible for visa control. The EB-2 India cut-off date has been stalled at September 1, 2004 since October 2012.
Spill over is 14K
DeleteEB2 INDIA
July VB--> Anydate b/w June to Sep 2007;
August VB--> Anydate b/w Sep 2007 to Jan 2008
Sep VB --> Anydate b/w Jan 2008 to April 2008
Thank you Ambal- The above recent link is so promising.. I am so looking forward for the dates to be October- 2007 on Monday.
ReplyDeleteAlso, one more thing- Let's say my October-2007 becomes current on Monday- will there be a room for to get the GC or this may retrogress with the backdated and I might miss the GC window? In short- how long the October-2007 should remain current for to have the GC generated from their office.
ReplyDeleteAssuming, you become current in July visa bulletin and you have filed I-485 and all the formalities are done and your case pre-adjudicated, then you should your GC in July itself. If you will only file your I-485 in July, then it might take 3 months processing, so you need to watch for the dates to stay current till you get your green card.
Deletewait until monday, the dates may struck before oct 2007,
Deleteoh boy... mine is October 5th 2007. I hope it touches that. Waiting another month could be a nightmare!
DeleteJuly Visa demand data is out. Trend remains same.
ReplyDeleteThank you- I am planning to file all the documents AT the earliest. I am not going to waste a day. To that note- let's say- I file everything in July time frame- what are the possiblities of having the date remain current for Oct-2007? Do you think, it will remain current for another few months based on your analysis..
ReplyDeleteYOU ARE THE BEST- Can't wait for Monday..
Surely it will stay till Sept. We have to wait and watch what will happen in Oct. You need to have birth certificate and marriage certificate. Those are the main things from your side.
DeleteOK.Sure. I have those two ready- However, my BC has the First Name but doesn't have the last name in it( as you know Indian BC doesn't have the last name seperately mentioned). My father name however has the last name mentioned. I think that should be OK? right? Also, Do you by anychance know- how much would be the cost of filling the I 485 for me and my spouse? I think my company will be paying but just curious.
DeleteYou might have to get an affidavit from your parents for Birth Certificate.
Deleteanyway you need birth affidavits from parents and relatives..withour birth affidavits surely you will get RFE beware..
DeleteWhat if I have the BC include the last name in my first name? Should that solve the problem?
DeleteAnything different than your application, you need an affidavit.
DeleteBut my first name appear same as it appears on the Passport so why there would be an RFE? My first name in passport is exactly what that shows on my BC. It is simply that the surname column in BC is not available and that is why that it doesn';t
DeleteMy parents are here in the US with me visiting. Can I get the Birth Certificate affidavit done here in the US? What does the BC affidavit look like as in what information does it contain? Can it just be notarized by a Notary Public?
DeleteI will be filling in July( given the dates becomes current) when can I expect the EAD documents? Atleast I can start moving around and travel!
ReplyDeleteAround 45 days is kind of the trend.
DeleteDemand data for july date determiniation is posted on website.

Based on the demand data, we can't predict anything...as USCIS said April-2008 will be the final PD for this year..so the next 3 VB as follows July-->sep-2007, august-->Jan-2008, Sep-->April-2008
DeleteDemand Data trend is the same. At this point, we are waiting for a clear picture of Spill Overs and how the dates will move based on that.
DeleteI filed mine towards the end of April and got it within 30 days.
